My wife and I were not really planning on buying anything this day, but we were just browsing at a few items (watches), and the sales person (Wazhma) was so personalable, kind & professional that we not only purchased 1 watch but 2 and a Diamond necklace, with little urging from this very nice salesperson… We absolutely love our purchase 🤗…! When I walked into the Fayetteville NC store I was greeted by Amanda. She helped me with getting my ring repaired, she was very knowledgeable and so nice with top tier customer service. When I returned almost two weeks later she recognized me and got up to help me again. She made this experience a very smooth and pleasant one. Thank you again Amanda

Christina's Jewelers. I MEAN KAY'S JEWELERS, have done it again. I came in in hopes of looking for a special wedding band for my wife."5years" I went to two different places and was left not satisfied for what I seen. Christina immediately greeted me and made me feel at home. I gave her a hard time but Christinas great customer service and willingness to help was like no other. I am now leaving with more than I came in for. But I don't feel used lol
